Cathy Brill has been the broker of the Aiken office of Southern Prestige Properties since 2008; however, her experience in both residential and commercial real estate leasing, sales, marketing, and property management has proven to be a great help to her clients for over twenty years. Cathy started her career in 1989 with Wyatt Development Company as their Marketing Director, then became a Leasing Agent and Property Manager of over 1 million square feet of retail space. In 1994, she moved into the residential real estate arena with Houndslake Corporation. There she managed the ‘back office’ duties of the firm including escrow account maintenance and real estate closings; she also handled the leasing/sales of lots and homes. Cathy holds a BA in Spanish and International Studies from Washington College. She is active in her local community and is often seen volunteering at fundraising events of all kinds in and around Aiken.Her in-depth knowledge of the community will help you select the property that fits your lifestyle. |
